The 10/20 Global Mission Offering

The 10/20 global Missions Offering is the way Hickory Grove provides global outreach. As you participate, your family shares in spreading the Gospel to a lost world.

The 10/20 global Missions Offering is a personal commitment you make to give $10 a week for 20 weeks. This should be a gift, over the commanded church tithe.

In other words, you are trusting God and believing He will provide the funds to fulfill your commitment. According to Hebrews 11:6, God is pleased when you exercise your faith.

• A portion goes to fund the ministry of over 4300 Baptist missionaries serving in 143 countries.
• A portion goes to fund the ministry of over 5100 Baptist missionaries serving in America.
• A portion goes to fund the ministry of our missionaries serving in North Carolina.
• A portion goes to goes to purchase gospel tracts, Bibles, building material, medicine shoes, and food.
• It helps to fund our Heats and Hammers ministry and disaster relief work
• It helps to fund our inner-city mission work.
• It helps to fund in part our members that feel God's call into the mission field either short-term or career.

• $2.50 will purchase rice and bean to feed a family of four for one week.
• $.80 will purchase a New Testament in another language.
• $.50 will purchase a New Testament in English.
• $.10 will purchase a gospel tract.
• $1.50 will support a national pastor for a day in some countries.
• $3.00 is sent to our Baptist missionaries serving overseas.
• $1.20 is sent to our Baptist missionaries serving in America.
• $.40 is sent to our missionaries serving in North Carolina.

You can submit by using church envelopes that you have received in the mail. Envelopes are also available at the church. Write down the amount on the global Mission Fund line.
